Had a great visit with James and Ben..they done a great job,,frome now on will only have anything done to the car when these 2 are working...was there a few days to order tires and was treated terrible by a boy and a girl that said she was the manager of the tire department...there was not an adult in the room just kids that does not have a clue...we pay to come into the store and are disrecepted by kids...I then went and got a manager that they said there was none and reported them,,now as to whether he done anything about the way they acted ...I don't know...it is terrible when you pay to come into a business and you have no one over the kids..to make them be respectable ...and if I could have gotten my tires cheaper at any other store...I would not have purchased them from Sam's Club...

It was amazing the positive difference my new BF Goodrich Advantage Control tires make when I am driving. The ride is soooooooo smooth now. We especially noticed the difference when we took our trip for Thanksgiving. This is the first time I purchased BF Goodrich tires but not the last!

Getting ready to buy my third set of these. I drive a 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I got 105,000, yes that is correct, with the first set and 98,000 on the second. I rotate and balance every 5,000 miles. Smooth ride and quiet. Anxious to see how many miles I can get out if my third set. THANKS, BFG!!!

For the last 20yrs we have purchased tires from Sam’s Club, each time when it’s that time for tires costumer service, quality work, and work is done in a timely manner. Always remember the earlier bird gets the worm. Sam’s club carries a variety sizes of tires and We have never had any issues with tires purchased. Helpful hint keep tires properly inflated and have tires rotated regularly to provide you in knowing your are getting the full life use of your tire purchased.

Replaced tires identical with when I purchased my Cadillac XT 5. Very noisy, not up to Cadillac luxury standard, poor handling. Replaced with continental cross contact and WOW! Now, the original BF Goodrich on the back end just lumber along. No shock absorption.. they just thump along. Regret the purchase and can’t wait to ditch the rear tires

I very much liked the way these tires made my car feel on the road. However, they are rated for 75,000 miles and they need to be replaced after 39,000 miles. Big disappointment.

Took 90 minutes to replace one tire. Service manager said 8 months of driving used up 25% of my 75,000 mile tires..in less than 4000 miles of driving. No store manager ever contacted me back after a week.

I pre-ordered tires as a christmas gift on December 9th and made an appointment to have them installed at the Wake Forest Sam's Club on December 21st.This whole experience was aggravating because I was getting these installed as a christmas gift for someone who is busy and has a hard time getting away from work to handle these types of things. About 30 minutes after I dropped off the vehicle, they called and said they did not have the tires I ordered in stock and they did not have another set of similar tires. After ordering the tires for me, they realized they could only order a set that was more expensive and they wouldn't arrive until after Christmas. I get that mistakes happen, but the entire time we went through this process not a single person just apologized, they just wanted to argue everything. If someone just would have said "I'm really sorry that you ordered these tires with plenty of time before your appointment, and we messed up and sold them to someone else." I would not have even left this review. It's the way the people at the shop acted the entire time that made me the most mad. We all mistakes, it's just important to take responsibility and apologize especially when you mess up a thoughtful Christmas gift. Every conversation doesn't have to be an argument. A different set of tires was installed a week after my appointment and my sister had to go and sit and wait for the tires on her first day off of work after a long holiday season. I went through Sam's Club because I've heard how great the lifetime warranty is, but I won't buy another set from this store after this experience.

Bought 80,000 Mile BF Goodrich Advantage Control all season tires. Thank GOD my TPMS sensor died and a tire inspection was completed cause WOW the picture speaks for it self, Oh and they only had 40,000 miles on them!! NEVER AGAIN. Out of 4 tires the front 2 looked like the pictures on our 2018 Chevy Cruze.

Bad from the start. Always bouncy and loud first thing in the morning, then seems to even out after warming up. After doing regular tire rotations, just after the most recent I'm told the tread is choppy. Well I'm pretty sure it's been choppy from the start. I will never purchase this brand again. I've only put 22,000 miles on these tires. What a waste. If I'd known about the 60 day satisfaction guarantee I would've gotten rid of them right away. Stick with Michelin.
