For the last 20yrs we have purchased tires from Sam’s Club, each time when it’s that time for tires costumer service, quality work, and work is done in a timely manner. Always remember the earlier bird gets the worm. Sam’s club carries a variety sizes of tires and We have never had any issues with tires purchased. Helpful hint keep tires properly inflated and have tires rotated regularly to provide you in knowing your are getting the full life use of your tire purchased.

Review for the BFGoodrich Advantage Control All-Season 195/65R15 91H Tire. I haven't used it yet because its purpose is as a spare. However, I have been using the BFGoodrich Advantage Sport All-Season 195/65R15 91H Tire front and back for almost a year. Good wear, good traction, a bit noisy, doesn't absorb shocks quite as well as the General tires that came on the vehicle new. Overall, I like the Goodrich Advantage tires and will buy them again.

Although, I haven't had them installed as of this date, I would recommend these tires. I have these tires on my Corolla and they work and have lasted a number of years now. The only reason why I am going to install these new tires is because I was run of the road and hit a curb, which damaged the tire beyond repair.

BEST SERVICE EVER! They took their break to help me after my tires were vandalized. I'm a Veteran who does not make a lot of money and had some random person slash my tires. I was taken care of majorly. Matt, Juan, Adrian & Damion are exceptional human beans. Kind, Patient and Helpful.

We have had excellent service with the first set so we thoughn we would try them again.

3 set of these on 2 different autos. Track well, good traction in rain, good tread life. Michelin is the manufacturer.

Took 90 minutes to replace one tire. Service manager said 8 months of driving used up 25% of my 75,000 mile tires..in less than 4000 miles of driving. No store manager ever contacted me back after a week.

I pre-ordered tires as a christmas gift on December 9th and made an appointment to have them installed at the Wake Forest Sam's Club on December 21st.This whole experience was aggravating because I was getting these installed as a christmas gift for someone who is busy and has a hard time getting away from work to handle these types of things. About 30 minutes after I dropped off the vehicle, they called and said they did not have the tires I ordered in stock and they did not have another set of similar tires. After ordering the tires for me, they realized they could only order a set that was more expensive and they wouldn't arrive until after Christmas. I get that mistakes happen, but the entire time we went through this process not a single person just apologized, they just wanted to argue everything. If someone just would have said "I'm really sorry that you ordered these tires with plenty of time before your appointment, and we messed up and sold them to someone else." I would not have even left this review. It's the way the people at the shop acted the entire time that made me the most mad. We all mistakes, it's just important to take responsibility and apologize especially when you mess up a thoughtful Christmas gift. Every conversation doesn't have to be an argument. A different set of tires was installed a week after my appointment and my sister had to go and sit and wait for the tires on her first day off of work after a long holiday season. I went through Sam's Club because I've heard how great the lifetime warranty is, but I won't buy another set from this store after this experience.

Back rear tire has not held air as well as the others (purchased set of 4). It became progressively worse to the point it needed air every morning. I had taken it to Sam's within the warranty, they refused to honor it, saying the sidewall was going bad. If that's the case, why isn't it covered?! They would not. Front two tires needed replaced because the sidewall was weak and hitting a pothole caused a chunk taken out of it. Both rear tires have cracked sidewalls but still plenty tread. What'd the use of a tire warranty that only covers tread, not the entire tire? Sidewalls go bad way before the warranty period ends, but don't worry, you can spend a while lot more money to replace them and purchase another worthless warranty.

Bought 80,000 Mile BF Goodrich Advantage Control all season tires. Thank GOD my TPMS sensor died and a tire inspection was completed cause WOW the picture speaks for it self, Oh and they only had 40,000 miles on them!! NEVER AGAIN. Out of 4 tires the front 2 looked like the pictures on our 2018 Chevy Cruze.
