We were sent the wrong stoller. It happens. We understand. BUT, when we TRIED to call OJ Commerse to work this out, it was the worst experience I have ever had with a company! First of all, they are impossible to get a hold of. It took all day to finally get through. Then they would not work with us. It was going to take 2-3 weeks to get the stroller exchanged with all their policies. We were leaving for vacation in 5 days. We needed the new stroller before we left. They refused to accommodate us and the only other offer they would give was to refund us a measly $10 to keep the stroller that we did not want. They said they would issue me an e-mail to start the process that day, but I didn't get the e-mail until the following Monday. We had to call them back and it took another whole day to get through to them. My husband works as a manager in retail and he even said that is not how you do business. It was horrible! I have never had an experience like this with another company. PLEASE do not work with OJ Commerse in case you get the wrong item!

I love this stroller!!! The price was awesome! This stroller turns way better than my expensive Urbini stroller. We bought this stroller to take on vacation with us, but we decided to replace our other stroller with this one for good. Definitely recommend!\nAlso, it arrived a week sooner than expected which was great! Super easy to assemble.

I like this stroller, can't ask for more with the price and the quality was fair. I am 5'2, this stroller is the perfect height for me. It might not work well for those who are taller than me. However, my husband is 5'11 and he doesn't mind the size and height of the stroller. My daughter who is 21 months old love to sit un it. I am going to travel in about two months to San Francisco. This stroller is just the right size, height and weight for me to handle with a 21lb toddler for this trip. I can't wait to use it!

I highly recommend this stroller for travelling or quick trips to the grocery stores. I have a Nuna Tavo (simialr to Uppababy Cruz in sizes) but its too bulky for traveling. I don’t travel a lot so I don’t want to invenst too much on a travel stroller, it has almost eveything that’s essential to me. It has cons but for the price this stroller is worthy every penny. It is way way way better than the Cosco stroller (either the one withiur hood or with hood) for the price. The Kolarcraft also has an upgraded model that is about $55 that has everything but also slightly heavier, if the two cons laited below would be an issue for you. Pros: lightweight (<10lb); easy to open and close. Wheels are much easier to push than Walmart’s Cosco brand; has a ventilation mesh back; has a cup holder; has a good size hood Cons: 3pt harness so my son can bend down to touch the wheel sometimes; bo recline seat postion so it is not as friendly when taking a nap; the underseat comapartment holds almost nothing but it still comes handy if you want to put your phone, a light jacket, a book, some baby essential such as hats or sunscreen in there; The seat is small, my baby is 15M and still have lots of room on the top when he sits down, the seat is fine, but he is tall and more on the slim side. Add’l tips: (1) You will need to purchase handle hooks to put your diaper bag at the back (I have the OXO ones and they worked wonderfully). But watch out when baby is not in the stroller, it may tip backward. (2) We lost the cup holder after our 2nd gate check. Make sure it is clicked on tight or just take it off before giving the stroller away

Great lightweight stroller. Love the oversize canopy, it really keeps the sun off the baby unlike other umbrella strollers. Canopy can also pull almost completely over the baby to protect in the rain. I have had many different umbrella strollers over the years and this is by far the best one.

Great stroller! We have taken this stoller everywhere. We took our 3.5 year old to Disney world recently and traveling was a breeze with this. I love that it is light weight for carrying around (like around the airport) and it doesnt take up much room when folded up. Great value for the price!

I was looking for a light weight stroller that was inexpensive and easy to travel with. I chose this stroller after reading many reviews and now that I have it I can see why it received so many good reviews. This stroller is well made and has lots of features. I love the canopy and the back padding that can be removed to help keep the little one cool especially since I will be using this stroller for a Caribbean trip. It came assembled except for the wheels and they were pretty easy to put on. I did have a little trouble attaching the canopy but still very impressed with the purchase. FYI: I found this exact stroller on another website where I love to shop for $40.00 more.

This is the best umbrella stroller I have had... and I have tried them all. I bought mine over a year ago and it is still going strong with zero issues. it folds up typical to an umbrella stroller and is light and easy to carry. The little extras make it a win for me. the fact that the seat can vent means that my on-the-spectrum daughter actually will sit on the fabric because she doesn't get hot and sticky. the canopy is adjustable height and my 6-year-old can still ride in it comfortably. the writing position is really comfortable for the kids. My only complaint is the under stroller storage is almost inaccessible. I finally realized if I shove things through the front I can get more in, but it is pretty minimal. I think the reason for this is that the chair has a higher back than typical umbrella strollers, so my kids sit comfortably with good head support. that's worth it to me for the space Trade off. we all have backpack diaper bags anyway... it comes with a cup holder which is not typical for a umbrella stroller but a game changer.

this is great for the price. i needed something smaller after using my jogging strollers for a year, which was way too big. for $40, it gets the job done, and my son seemed to like it. The only reason i gave it 4 stars was because my feet kept hitting the wheel as i walked. if you are taller than 5"10, it might be uncomfortable to push as the handle are low and not adjustable. Overall, it's a great product though!

I love it! The best umbrella stroller on the market! Great price, the shade is 3 times more functional than a regualr shade it has 3 levels/section that move for customaizable shade. Has a little basket which is better than none at all and a little cup holder. And the best part the Mesh back! It has a padded layer that rolls up and velcros to expose the mesh so that you never lose the padded backing or forget it. simply roll it up or down whenever you need it. Seriously the mostl versatile and thought out Umbrella stroller. I would pick this one over a $40,$50,$70 dollar one everyday. Size wise it's an umbrella stroller don't expect a regular single stroller. However I would say its taller and maybe wider than these little disney character ones from 10 years ago.
