Hi Kiara, the Kolcraft Cloud Umbrella Stroller is the best umbrella stroller at a great value. At 9.5 lb., this lightweight stroller offers all the standard stroller features like a compact fold, large storage basket, parent cup holder etc. but in a compact umbrella stroller design. The stroller will accommodate a child up to 40lbs.
