Thanks for your feedback! The Kolcraft Cloud Umbrella Stroller should only be used with children who weigh less than 40 lbs. (18.14 kg) and are no more than 40 inches (1 meter) tall. As a minimum, your stroller should also only be used by children that can support their neck, unassisted. Thanks!
