Says 2 in 1 back which would lead you to believe that the back is adjustable. Not all the case and no better than a $15 umbrella stroller.

Although this stroller can handle up to 40 pounds my 25 pound baby can't fit in it. The umbrella cover is not what it looks like in the pictures. I'm hoping I can get my money back because I can't use it.
