Maybe you should look at the people who work for you , sending an empty envelope not good for me to use your service again !!

Make sure your gift card is activated!Sent gift card to family member for her birthday. She did not use it immediately. When she did, it had nothing on it. She called the number on the back of the card and found out it was never activated. She threw it away. When I found out, I called Sam’s Club. Got the run around and now they want me to produce the card. Will never buy as a gift again.
