The fit is amazing. A soft, snug fit around the waist with a wide band that keeps them in place. Great for working out without the need to readjust for comfort. Not only are they incredibly comfortable, but they are seamless under my workout pants which is a plus. My main complaint with most thongs are that they don’t cover everything in the front, but these cover nicely. I wash them in cold water with gentle soap, then hang dry. I did put one pair in the dryer by accident and it didn't affect the shape or size and the material did not diminish
