Happy with the purchase. It is a beautiful faucet that is made well with quality materials. A feature I did not expect was the ability to "slide" between spray and stream, giving you a multitude of options, which is very cool. It will also keep the last setting you had it on, which I find convenient. Very pleased! Thanks.

Faucet has been nice except for the fact that the pressure is low considering pressure on all other faucets in my home is very strong. Seems to be an issue with the nozzle. I have read that this would be covered by warranty. Hoping that is the case as I love this faucet.

Our faucet was installed a couple of weeks ago and I love it. At first I thought it was to big and akward but I have been using it and love, love the sprayer. Also color was just what I wanted it matches our kitchen perfect. Thanks for a great product.

We were doing a kitchen remodel and wanted something modern to fit the aesthetic without spending and arm and a leg. Upon arrival I was pleasantly surprised by the weight and quality feel of all the fixtures. I had a minor installation question which customer service promptly answered. Definitely recommend.

I don’t have long with this faucet, but it’s a very pretty faucet and adds a nice touch to my kitchen. It sits too low for my sink, but I can take the hose off the holder and get the right height. Water pressure is better than the one I previously had, though the hot water takes longer in this one that my previous one. But, I can trade off the extra few seconds it takes for hot water on this one because of the looks lol

so i purchased this faucet at overstock.com at a very good price. when it arrived, it looked beautiful, but i was initially concerned that the spray handle was made of plastic rather than metal, believing this to reduce its overall quality. i mentioned my initial reaction in a review and was immediately contacted by the manufacturer who explained to me that great thought went into the design to make the spray handle lighter and easier to use. but within a few days of installing the fixture, the water flow became diminished, and i then submitted a review renewing my concern about the spray handle. again i was immediately contacted by customer service who worked with me to identify the issue, and i was sent a new spray handle within a day. it was easy to replace, and now the faucet is my new best friend. i recommend this faucet and this company highly.

I wanted a new kitchen faucet that was modern but understated, well-made, easy to use and affordable. Every recommendation online for "best" faucets had no mention of Vigo so I was leary. However, product reviews were glowing and numerous so I took the plunge and was rewarded by getting exactly what I wanted for 1/2 the cost (from Overstock). It's heavy and the only plastic part is a stabilizing holder that's mounted under the sink. Ships with a brass flow restrictor that is easily removable (from 1.8 to 2.2 gpm). Note: It comes with braided metal supply lines, a handsome black deck plate and is impressively packaged.I highly recommend this faucet

Very happy with the initial quality and looks of this faucet. It has that industrial feel that goes exceptionally well with a concrete countertop! Installation was very staight forward, as is the operation. I would recommend this faucet if you like the looks.

I picked this faucet for my new kitchen remodel and love it. It works perfectly for the task and one of the main reasons I chose this was the style (industrial) but also due to the reviews on their website concerning customer service. I hope I wont need it but its nice to know how Vigo treats their customers. I've had it since March with no issues. Love, Love, Love it!!!!!

We love the look of this thing! Makes for a modern kitchen and is well made, it seems. I don't care for the black woven plastic fabric, would have preferred metal, but it gets the job done. Soap pump seems good quality as well, but the pump head, as well as the spray head are plastic. My only three gripes are: (1) I wish the horizontal metal rod holding the sprayer was and inch or two longer. We have a big sink and it's hard to reach the sprayer, I usually leave it out of the "hook", then it's the right distance. (2) I wish the spray mode would automatically turn off when water is turned off, but it sticks, and if left in spray mode, and the sprayer is outside the hook, the next person is in for a wet surprise of the not so pleasant kind. (3) the turn-on handle was loose and I could not tighten it. A little bit of loc-Tite 242 thread locker took care of it. Overall, glad we bought it. Only had for a month, so I can't speak to the reliability
