Just installed a couple of weeks ago and so far, we are very happy with this faucet. It is our third faucet in less than a year, really having a hard time finding just the right one. The only complaint we have at this time is that it really seems to restrict the flow. Our last faucet had almost too much flow and this one is almost too little. We did not install the flow restrictor and it is still giving a pretty slow flow. I am guessing it is something to do with the very small diameter tubing used inside the faucet.

Wanted something to update faucet with my kitchen remodel. The Vigo faucet was just what I was looking for. Love the mix of black matte and stainless. Have so many compliments on it. And also was a super affordable price. Saw other brands on line at seven times the price! I will be shopping for more Vigo products in the future.

Having pull out shelving underneath the sink. The hose attached to the faucet was always ketching.I no longer have this problem. My wife and I love the style. Yes it is new . And everyone who comes into our home loves it. This faucet is very well made

Overall I am satisfied with our purchase and would recommend the product to others. Vigo offered a competitive price on the apron sink and the design in matte black is sleek and contemporary. My only gripe...We've been using this product for 2 months in our home when the black nylon braid over the hose tore apart, revealing the white water hose beneath. Everything else up to this point is functioning appropriately.

The only point we are a little disappointed with is the depth of the hose line from edge of sink (we have a 2 bowl SS farm sink). Even mounting it as close as possible to sink edge on counter, the sprayer hits 1/2 way from back sink edge to drain basket.

We bought this faucet 5 years ago and the faucet stopped switching from stream to spray. Contacted customer service and they referred me to Mr. Santana in parts who expedited sending replacement part and the faucet is good as new. Went above and beyond in customer service to keep me happy. A quality company with a great product line.

I bought this faucet thru Amazon a year ago. The pushbutton quit working. I had a replacement within a week of my initial contact. The replacement seems to be of a slightly different operating mechanism design. We really like the faucet and love the customer service.

Just installed this faucet last night, and so far so good! The faucet is very heavy duty and looks great in our new kitchen. All of the faucet is heavy duty brass except the sprayer head. We had a very hard time finding a faucet in this price range with a medal sprayer head so we decided to just deal with it potentially scratching or chipping with time. I think Vigo may have a replacement sprayer head you can buy separately if that were to happen. All in all, I am very pleased with the faucet.

Just installed this faucet tonight so my review is based on esthetics and ease of install. Husband did the install and said it was very simple. Only suggestion is a tool included to tighten the faucet mount nut underneath. The faucet looks great and has a solid feel to it. Even the soap dispenser bottle felt sturdy. Water flow is good and we are looking forward to getting some good use.

We love the look and it works great unless there are problems with the spray head! One one unit after 9-12 months the water pressure started decreasing dramatically. The removable filter was clear, but an internal inaccessible filter in the spray head was clogged. Vigo supplied a free replacement, but it's a $25 item and not available except through Vigo. Today I installed a second faucet and the spray head was partially plugged at startup. This was verified by removing the spray head and checking the available water pressure. A third unit owned by friends had a similar spray head issue and would not switch from spray to full stream. This problem was also resolved by obtaining a replacement spray head from Vigo. An obvious design problem for an otherwise excellent kitchen faucet!
