I purchased this for my kitchen remodel. I absolutely love the square shape. It is sleek and contemporary. Very deep and easy to clean pots and pans of all shapes and sizes in. The only thing I was unhappy with was that the stainless sink came with a chrome faucet and soap dispenser. So I had to order another faucet and soap dispenser for an additional fee because I wanted all stainless in my kitchen.

I bought this new faucet last week. It was delivered yesterday and the plumber installed it today. I turned it on and it works just like I want it to work It looks good and I'm expecting that I will be very happy with my new faucet. I had a problem finding out how to tighten the handle, but I called VIGO and an expert explained that I need to unscrew the handle to find the screw that tightens the handle. I'm very happy with VIGO customer service because they were able to answer my question qjui9ckly

I purchased this faucet three years ago. It still works beautifully and looks brand new after all this time. When it came time to renovate the kitchen in my second home, I chose the same Vigo faucet. It looks as good in a white kitchen as it does in a brown kitchen. I wish that the spray could be pulled out farther because my sink is cavernous, but no biggie. This is a great size that gives a commercial look without being so high that the water splashes out of the sink. Nothing beats this faucet for the price, durability, and appearance. I would buy it a third time if I had another house.

I've had the pull down sprayer for about 3 years. The design & quality of the faucet is unparalleled to others in there price point. Recently the nozzle had a small issue due to wear and tear, so I reached out to Vigos support team. Once I explained the problem they promptly sent me the part to accommodate. I'm extremely pleased with their product but more impressed with the support. thanks

I love everything about the faucet, except for the low pressure. We have good water pressure at the house and the older faucet we replaced with the Vigo faucet, allowed the good pressure to be utilized. Vigo needs to do something about the lack of pressure when the faucet is used.

This faucet looks great, however, after only one month of use the button you push to change the water from spray to stream quit working and now it only sprays unless I hold the button down while using. I paid to have this faucet installed so pulling it out and paying to have a new one installed isn't cost effective for me. Would never buy again.

Had a nice amount of volume and can really switch between sprayer and steady stream. Very easy too install and very low maintenance with the stainless steel materials.. The only thing I'd change is: when you turn the faucet off it would default to a steady stream and that the shower spray had a little more intense stream. Over all I really like the faucet and would definitely purchase again.

I bought this over a month ago to replace an old leaking faucet and couldn't be happier! I wanted something that would not only look good but also be reliable. This fits the bill - its modern, beautiful and works extremely well. I love the spray feature too. Water pressure is great. Looks just like the more expensive ones out there - plumber who installed it thought we paid a lot more for it. The stainless steel does not show finger or water marks - a plus. Delivery was very fast.

I spent hours looking at high end faucets and was not impressed by the parts to install (all cheap plastic). This faucet hit my feed and I then found the reviews. I rarely put reviews up due to feeling they are company driven. I am just a customer and so Impressed by this product. The graphite black is gorgeous, the construction solid and installation a breeze! It is great to know that we can still buy quality and good pricing for anything anymore! I purchased this faucet in 2012 and recently the spray nozzle button wouldn't stay engaged. I visited the VIGO customer service 'LiveChat' and left a message regarding my problem. The following morning I had a response and after a few more emails my replacement faucet was in the mail and at no charge. Within a few days of contacting VIGO I had installed my new faucet and it's working beautifully. I couldn't be happier :-)
