The packaging was wonderful. I've had the sink and faucet installed for 3 months and I love it. It's big, beautiful,and the faucet works nicely. Everything seems really high quality and it was a reasonable price. I've had people say that they wish they had bought that sink instead of the sinks that they bought.

We have been looking to replace our old Hansgrohe faucet for a while now, and was excited to find this one. We opted for the stainless/matte black combo Edison faucet due to its looks, and we couldn’t be more happy with the design and finish. As a home repair professional, I have seen and installed many faucets in my day, and I can verify that this faucet is of very high quality; in both materials and finish. Installation was straightforward, and I appreciate the option of removing the flow restrictor, as we have water pressure issues at times. One of the nicest features is the ability to position the handle anywhere you choose. I will be recommending Vigo faucets to my clients who are looking for a “statement” faucet that is well built.

We have had our sink and faucet (decided not to use the soap dispenser) installed for a couple weeks now. These are very high quality products and we couldn't be happier. One thing to note is if you use your sink cabinet to store your trash, you may have to find a smaller trash bin. This sink is exceptionally deep.

Honestly debated this purchase for awhile the combination of a new drop-in sink and faucet was pricey. Glad and excited I move forward unbelievable how it transforms the look of my kitchen. My home is older and I wanted a faucet that complemented its look and I hit a bullseye with this purchase.

We purchased this product just over a year ago... Recently the dual action became a single action... I wrote to the service department, they got back to me promptly... And, we have a new 'head' coming in the mail. We were outside the 1 year warranty, but... Only by 3 weeks, always happens, right. Had purchased another type of faucet. However, once I went to my brother's newly remodeled home, I was so impressed by the coolness of this amazing looking faucet. I returned mine to the store and purchased the Vigo Stainless Steel and I am just loving it!!!

We but this thing one month ago and we finally installed it today. We are so happy with our purchase. Its not all metal, the faucet is plastic, but its indistinguishable from the other parts. Otherwise, it works perfectly. We like the modern/industrial look.

I love my sink. I am so glad that I waited and found this sink and facet set! Looks wonderful in my kitchen and it compliments the rest of my stainless steel appliances very well. Love it!!!! I will most defiantly look for Vigo products in the future.

I purchased this faucet just over two years ago. For the last several months, the water pressure has been diminishing and it became a hassle. When I contacted customer service, they got back to me immediately with a way to diagnose the problem (remove the sprayer and check the water pressure), and when we determined that the sprayer was no longer working, they sent me a new one at no charge. I gave a rating of four stars because I think the faucet should have still been working perfectly at two years, but the customer service was five stars - really excellent and fast. The new sprayer works great!

Pretty straightforward install, except one thing. I needed longer supply hoses than the ones that were supplied with the faucet, and I found out that the connectors for the supply hoses on the faucet were not a standard type typical for kitchen faucets. The hardware store did have something I could use though. Also a little disappointed in the volume of water while using the sprayer function, there isn't the sharp spray pattern I was expecting.
