Well this weekend the button on the sprayer got stuck and I took it apart but could not get it to work anymore. So it is the day after Labor Day and I called VIGO about buying another spray head. The customer service representative was very nice and cordial and offered to send me a new spray head free of charge. I really like the product and was willing to pay for the spray head but I got a nice surprise on the day after Labor Day. I think their product is top quality and their customer service is also top quality. I have purchased my niece this very same faucet for her kitchen and I will keep recommending VIGO products to whomever is looking for these type of products. I like everything about this company. They back their products and they always work great. Thanks Again

10/28/15 I purchased this faucet a week ago... From Home Depot Recently Installed it .. Very impressed with the quality...the materials used are of the highest standard...Much more pressure than my previous faucet....very smooth operation. The installation went well...excellent fit....no leaks.... Extremely satisfied with this product ... Exceeded my expectations... Would absolutely recommend to a friend. Bravo... Everything about this product says quality from the packaging to the faucet. I purchased this faucet in the matte black & stainless finish Wich matches all my other appliances. This faucet instantly made my 20 year old kitchen look modern. I am 72 year old lady & installed the faucet on my own. I recommend watching a You Tube video that a person not affiliated with Vigo made.The installation process is made easier because this product was 95% preassembled. I ran into complications that made my installation a little more difficult.. The cabinet underneath my sink is small. Garbage disposer, plumbing pipes, & my short arms made it a challenge to install. The water supply line for the cold water was too short so I had to purchase an extension. Also hooking up the sprayer was difficult for me. The instructions do not tell you how to install the counterweight onto the sprayer cord. It took me some time to figure the round counterweight is held together by 2 screws. I unscrewed one screw completely & lossened the other screw. This allowed me to slide the 2 pieces apart & fit them over the sprayer hose. I gave the product 5 stars in spite of the complications I encountered.
