We love the look and it works great unless there are problems with the spray head! One one unit after 9-12 months the water pressure started decreasing dramatically. The removable filter was clear, but an internal inaccessible filter in the spray head was clogged. Vigo supplied a free replacement, but it's a $25 item and not available except through Vigo. Today I installed a second faucet and the spray head was partially plugged at startup. This was verified by removing the spray head and checking the available water pressure. A third unit owned by friends had a similar spray head issue and would not switch from spray to full stream. This problem was also resolved by obtaining a replacement spray head from Vigo. An obvious design problem for an otherwise excellent kitchen faucet!

I bought this a month ago and just had it installed. I tried to register for my warranty it with the model number on my invoice but the model number is not listed on here. So I selected the same model with a different color so I can get my warranty. That would be my only complaint

Very happy with the product, shipping packaging and instructions. Only suggestion is to make it easier to separate the spray head from the arm that it hooks to. It’s easy to pull it out but you can’t swivel the arm out of the way without the head going with it

The manufacturer engineered this faucet very well. They even engineered the packaging better than anything I've seen to protect it and present well to the customer. Install was very simple especially if you've done any faucet repair/replacement before. It took me all of 10 minutes to install. The pull down sprayer is more than adequate length to reach around the whole sink. My only concern is the plastic piece inside the holder for the spout/sprayer. Over time it may crack from use, but I guess we'll see.

I am happy overall with the faucet since it was installed last weekend. I did have to hand tighten the handle as it almost fell off, but no leaks or anything and I would have liked the spray hose to extend out farther. Based on he picture, it looks like it would, but it just comes out about as far as any average sprayer.

I was hesitant about getting such a different faucet, but had just remodeled my entire kitchen and decided why not !? It's a sleek and stylish faucet which I am extremely satisfied with it. The flexibility of the hose makes cleaning the sink or filling a pot a breeze. Just a note on the soap dispenser, after filling for the first time and priming the pump, keep pumping. I thought at first something may have been wrong but it eventually primed and no issues since.

Love the matte black VIGO faucet! I’ve gotten nothing but compliments on it - great statement piece for your kitchen! After reading other reviews I was hesitant but it was easy to install and I’ve had no problems with leaking or poor pressure (the problem is probably with the person installing it).

My husband and I chose this sink/faucet/dispenser combo for the look, functionality, and price. We are beyond pleased with our choice, we both love our sink! And who ever really loves their sink? It's great looking in person, the faucet and fittings are sleek and well made, the sink is like poured cream, just gorgeous!

Purchased by my husband as a gift for me from Wayfair.com, this is the best faucet I've ever owned & definitely recommend! Thick, durable construction, easy to install & expect it to last a lifetime. Easily pulls itself back into place, reaches all areas of large sink and is easy to turn on/off and adjust water temperature. I was not paid for this review & highly recommend!!

I purchased the Vigo Edison pull-down faucet in a matte black finish of the Canadian Home Depot website. I did not realize it at the time that the faucet did not come with a deck plate. When I received the faucet, which was beautiful and the exact height I wanted, I realized my error. I started off by phoning Home Depot. They had the matching deck plate available on their American website, but not the Canadian website. The Canadian website had deck plates made by Vigo, but only in other finishes. Home Depot asked me to call Vigo to get them to send me the deck plate. I then phoned Vigo and they explained that they could not help me because they were not a wholesaler. They encouraged me to phone Home Depot again and see if they could ship it between stores. So I then called back Home Depot. This began a week long process of calling Home Depot and them saying they couldn't help me and then giving me a solution through Vigo, who then said they couldn't do that so they recommended a solution through Home Depot, who then said they could not help me either. I was just about to give up hope and send the faucet back when I thought I would give Vigo one last shot. I was so lucky to speak with David Henderson that day. He went above and beyond to find a solution. He placed me on hold after I recounted all my frustrations and asked for a moment while he worked out a solution. I was a little cynical by this point, but I crossed my fingers and hoped that David could figure something out. It took him almost ten minutes, but when he came back on the phone he told me that he had found a solution. I was so relieved and happy, until our phones disconnected. I almost cried. After all that time, how was I going to get back through to David? Would anyone else help me? Was I going to have to repeat the whole story again? I was shocked when my phone rang. David actually called me back! He then explained the details of how I could get the deck plate and assured me that I would have it in my hands in a week. I was shocked when I received it three days later. I am grateful that David helped me that day. I am thankful that he worked for a company that figured out a way to problem solve in a way that did not require me to return a product that I loved! I am hopeful that they have found a way to make those deckplates available on the Home Depot Canada website or find a way to include them with the faucet. Thank you very much for all your help!
