I bought a VIGO kitchen faucet in 2011 and recently the spray head went bad on it. We replaced the sprayer inside the head but it did not correct the problem. I contacted VIGO and advised them of my problem. I did not have the original paperwork on the faucet so all I could provide was information about the faucet head. They were great. They found me a new faucet head and shipped it to me free of charge. I had it within the week. Although, I can't vouch for this particular faucet, I can vouch for the company. Very customer oriented. I would buy from them again.

I was a bit nervous about buying this product online without the ability to see for myself what kind of quality the materials would be - but I could not be more pleased. The faucet is top quality, much more heavy duty than the flimsy things they have in the store, and the sink is absolutely stunning. This set comes with all the bells and whistles, and the granite crew we had doing our install was really impressed with what we had ordered (and they do this every day!). I cannot believe how deep the sinks are! I am so pleased and so happy I found this product package before spending the small fortune I was about to spend at another online retailer! Contacted Customer Support about an issue with the Edison Pull Down Sprayer. The issue was resolved quickly and a replacement part was sent out by customer service. The replacement part was installed and the issue is resolved. Thanks to the Customer Service department for resolving this issue in a timely manner. Love my Kitchen Faucet.

Product shipped within a day. Everything came in complete, with easy to follow instructions, as I installed myself. Even came with teflon tape to make connections, and with an allen wrench that is required should the cartridge ever need to be replaced. Looks great. Works perfectly.

This sink was installed about 2 weeks ago and I love it every single day! The size is perfect and accommodates ALL of my pots, pans and baking sheets. Can not believe that I waited so long to get a single sink instead of a divided sink. The faucet that was included exceeds my expectations.

I never write review but that said, this product warranted a review and since a kitchen faucet is so important (at least to me it is given how much you use it) I thought i should give this one a review. I have always been a loyal Kohler customer when it came to faucets. They have this "berry spray" technology which I absolutely love. I like a light spray when doing dishes so I can reduce splatter. That said, most faucets turn back to stream if you put the pressure on low enough. Not this one. It stays on spray no matter how low you turn the pressure. It is a solid faucet with good parts at a GREAT PRICE. I think it rivals my fave Kohler berry spray faucet that is 3x the price. Don't hesitate to buy.

I have had my Vigo farm sink and faucet for over a year. I had an issue with the nozzle and they have replaced it free of charge and go above and beyond with the tech support and resolutions. Love my product. It catches everyone's eye that enters the kitchen and I get awesome raves. However, I cannot say enough regarding the customer support as it is amazing. I dealt with Christian and he has been so helpful.

I never heard of this Brand before but from now on it is the only brand I will buy. I worked for the US Government for over 35 years monitoring many major manufacturing facilities. I have never seen a product packaged better than this Faucet. Thank you for taking pride in your product.

The faucet was installed today and I couldn't be happier. It fits in nicely with my modern kitchen and looks great. Has all the functions I wanted at my finger tips. In addition, I am very happy that I only had to put one hole in my granite to install instead of 3 or 4.

We've had this faucet for about two years now and really enjoy it. Recently the nozzle stopped working. It would no longer switch between spray and pour. However, I contacted customer service and they sent me out a replacement head, pronto. No charge. They were very easy to do business with.
