So far so good... haven't installed yet but happy with the way it looks. It's pretty heavy and sturdy. Four stars only because the spout is made up of plastic...a little cheap feeling compared to our old one. However it may have better control being lighter

We bought this faucet 5 years ago and the faucet stopped switching from stream to spray. Contacted customer service and they referred me to Mr. Santana in parts who expedited sending replacement part and the faucet is good as new. Went above and beyond in customer service to keep me happy. A quality company with a great product line.

We but this thing one month ago and we finally installed it today. We are so happy with our purchase. Its not all metal, the faucet is plastic, but its indistinguishable from the other parts. Otherwise, it works perfectly. We like the modern/industrial look.

The faucet is beautiful and elegant. It works well even in my small kitchen. The finish is excellent and the water pressure is good with both settings. It is flexible but way more robust than other similar faucets that I saw at the big stores. It is easy to install, easy to use and very beautiful.

This faucet was installed in a new kitchen and is both beautiful and very useful. The spray feature - a button on the side of the faucet head - is easy to access when washing/rinsing items in the sink. It is somewhat lightweight, but the price, functionality and graceful attractiveness are the outstanding qualities.

I am happy overall with the faucet since it was installed last weekend. I did have to hand tighten the handle as it almost fell off, but no leaks or anything and I would have liked the spray hose to extend out farther. Based on he picture, it looks like it would, but it just comes out about as far as any average sprayer.

Love the faucet only disappointment is that the handle where the spray part is located is made of a heavy plastic. When we read and purchased through Wayfair no where was it noted the spray handle was plastic otherwise we would never had purchased the faucet. Also wish the soap dispenser had a longer arm to fit over the sink better. So far so good but expecting the plastic not to last to long as it is the main part of the faucet handled every time it is used.

If the presentation and packaging isn't impressive enough, the weight of this faucet is amazing. It's new and I have just installed it but all of the above plus the Life Time Warranty makes me feel very secure. Would definitely recommend this product and it will be the first brand I search for when we need any others!

We had our faucet for about a year when our sprayer broke. We tried to fix it ourselves, but we just couldn't get the setting to change. So I reached out to VIGO and they QUICKLY sent me a replacement sprayer, free of charge! It immediately solved our problem and works beautifully! Very, very pleased with the customer service. I bought this because of the reviews Vigo Industries was getting for customer service, nothing is perfect but, if a company will stand behind its product (most companies won't these days) I want to do business with them. I just installed the faucet, it looks great, a little disappointed with the water pressure but, we'll see how it goes.
