We purchased this for our kitchen and it made a great impact in our home to update the look & is very good on function too. We installed it ourselves and that was not too hard. Our sinks are under mount and not easily changeable so we did the faucet update as a good start. Very happy. Thank you

Purchased this faucet last May and in about 5 months was having issues with the button to change from spray setting to the pot filler stream. It would sometimes work, sometimes not, and eventually stopped working and we could only get the pot filler stream if actively pressing the button. I first emailed VIGO through the email address printed in the instruction manual, but the email came back undeliverable. Then I contacted customer service via the VIGO website, but never got a reply. I finally called the toll free number and was able to get ahold of a rep. I sent him a short video of the problem, and they promptly sent out a replacement sprayer head. The head arrived quickly, and it's actually far superior to the one that came with the faucet. The button on the side is different, so hopefully it will last longer than the original. Other than that issue, we're very happy with the faucet. No signs of rusting or color coming off the finish, and it looks great in the kitchen.

I bought this faucet sight unseen after I had been to multiple home improvement stores. I was a bit hesitant, because the majority of the more modern faucets I saw/touched in store looked or felt cheap. This faucet was perfect! Looks modern, yet fits perfectly in my somewhat dated kitchen. The sprayer feels sturdy, as does the handle. Came packaged like fine china. I highly recommend.

Installed 2 weeks ago. Well made product, looks and feels solid. Ordered from Costco online, arrived in very professional packaging. Very practical faucet and looks great with a single basin kitchen sink. All around great product and very reasonably priced, my only 2 constructive comments: 1. Consider designing the faucet without the 360 degrees swivel ability so faucet doesn't flood the counter if accidentally tapped. Perhaps limit swivel to 150 degrees. 2. Consider increasing faucet water pressure. Its certainly enough for me, but others may prefer a little more pressure.

This is my second brand of pull-down faucet. Love the gooseneck feature and even tho I didn't choose this style the first time in 2015, having lived through two pforever replacements in the past, never again not noticing wear and tear on that hose. This one like my previous one is a looker, sharp and means business. Other reviewers noted low pressure. I think that has a lot to do with geography in general. We've never had pins and needles pressure. Maybe there is something hidden in these new environmentally friendly faucets that won't let anymore flow than does. I wash all dishes by hand, still, after bad luck with replacement dishwashers the last 3 years. I'm still looking for the right value on that. We have a 155 gal aquarium that requires regular maintenance and use of the kitchen sink and faucet. Glad to say I can still fill buckets with this faucet too. It's so easy to swivel the faucet out of the way to get buckets in and out of sink. Washing hair, hmmmm! I just wish that 8-1/4" stabilizer bar was a little more so that when swung over my double stainless steel sink it would center better. The sprayer is just a little tough to pull out in just the right way to get all the shampoo rinsed out but on deep condition days it's easier to just go to the sink and rinse hair. The handle doesn't take much at all to make the water flow. Easy does it. I don't want that thing to break. I've been around enough pieces of equipment, computer or otherwise that need some tough love, but this is not it. The on/off button for spray needs more accuracy than my previous one and it's not a big deal that it stays where you left it like in spray mode. When the time comes to replace the aerator I hope it's not a big deal. As far as the hose not wanting to remain in it's holster. The day before the install I watched a ton of those streaming videos about faucets in general. One handyman type guy was going over the positioning of the hose and weight below the sink. I listened, relayed info to my installer, not too many weird looks, did what he said and so far altho it's not automatic, with little guidance it goes back in place and doesn't want to creep it's way back out.

Works well and a great addition to our new island sink. Was difficult to install due to the large nut that threads on to hold the tap tightly in place. Requires tightening with an adjustable wrench and with the sink already in place it was near impossible to fit the wrench into such a tight space between the sink and back of the cabinet to tighten the nut. Other faucets I've installed came with a long plastic socket to accommodate the tight space easing installation.

Been using my faucet for a month now and love it. The style caught my eye along with the reasonable price. Even my contactor liked the style. I like that the spray is not so forceful that it splash water everywhere. The only item I think should be added is a toggle switch that lets the user know if it's set on spray or water stream.

i was disappointed to find that the nozzle is plastic rather than metal, but it didn't really bother me so much until i actually installed it and feel like the subpar quality of the nozzle has compromised its functionality. in other words, it's made the water pressure really weak.

This is a very good kitchen faucet, however the neck plate does not come with it (thereby making the price a little steep) and the sprayer is plastic although it looks like it is metal. My husband had a difficult time installing the faucet and had to go buy a longer connection.

Recently replaced our kitchen sink and faucet. Absolutely love the black matte finish and style of this faucet. Only oddities noticed are that there seems to be a little catch in the fluidity of movement when sliding the faucet from one sink side to the other and changing the flow of the sprayer from spray to straight stream sometimes takes 2 pushes of the button to get a full seal from the spray function, if that makes sense.
