I bought this a month ago, and it woks well. However, The engineers and designers should go back to school and figure out a more simpler way to install the unit Like Moem etc...). Could not get a wrench or pliers underneath the sink to tighten it. Hand tighten only.

The faucet appears to be well made, but terrible instructions, doesn't even tell you how to remove the plastic handle cartridge when you need to replace it in the future. There is a set screw on the rear of the handle you need to remove to get the handle off, difficult to see and remove, and you will need to replace the cartridge someday. I sent an email to the manufacturer asking them where I could buy a cartridge now and how much. They replied that I should just call them and provided a number that nobody answers. The center hose fits so tight in the main body that it rubs against the hot and cold copper tubing which does not allow the hand held sprayer to move freely, even with a heavy weight to help pull the hose & nozzle back into its holder it doesn't retract all of the way. The main body needs to be larger, probably about a 1/2 in. in diameter. I bent the hot and cold tubing away from the main body 1/4" to 3/8" to give more space for the center hose to move freely. This helped a little but it still binds, and when it does the nozzle turns 90 to 180 degrees making it difficult to control the spray button with one hand when I have my hands full. The ARC of the spring loaded neck is not correct for all sinks, I would suggest that you have a very large sink bowl before you purchase this faucet. The price was was very good for the quality of workmanship, hardly any plastic anywhere This shipping was very fast for me, I received in 2 days and the packaging was very nice, I wish they had spent the money on better design and instructions. The instructions tell you that you must hire a plumber to install, maybe that is why the instructions are so bad. I have installed dozens of faucets over the years, but less experienced people will have some issues. It does look very nice installed

It's certainly a beautiful faucet. My kitchen sink is on the island and the faucet is now the center piece of my kitchen. Everyone (including the most important person in the house, my wife) absolutely love the touchless feature. My kids (8/9 yo) can easily turn on the water without having to use a stool. The Build quality is solid. Installation was quite easy and the instructions was straightforward.

This replaced a $2,000 faucet that we are taking with when we move. For 10% of the price this is a no-brainer. Brass construction, easy install and works great. If I had any complaint it’s the plastic spray head. Still rate a 5 stars as to me this is a bargain.

I replaced my 10 year old pull out kitchen faucet and was amazed at the high end look of this faucet. My son-in-law installed it but was initially intimidated by hoe well made it was. At first he wanted me to call our regular plumber but between him and my brother they figured it out. Both of them only worked with cheaply made faucets. It looks very good and expensive .Very satisfied.

This faucet is exactly what we wanted. It looks fantastic, feels well made, and performs well. I’ve had zero issues with water flow as some reviewers mentioned. In fact, it is stronger than my old faucet which had a higher stated flow rate. The sprayer function turns on and off reliably, unlike my old faucet, and it has a strong spray. The host is long enough to reach every part of our 32” sink and it retracts well on its own. I have only had the faucet for a month at this point but I’m very happy with it so far.

I bought this to replace my old kitchen faucet that was just “spitting out” water. The plumber that installed it said it was industrial strength. Much power and versatility. Expect it will last a long time. Glad I purchased it and it was well worth the price.

I bought the faucet 2 months ago as part of our full kitchen remodel. Stunning! No fingerprints, no water marks, easy to use, great spray feature, fluid rotation movement, all around wonderful. The only quirks are the handle bar easily unscrews. I need to tighten it (by hand) once or week. It drips occasionally but not enough to cause concerns on function or water loss. Overall, very happy with this upgrade.

We bought this faucet a few months ago for our kitchen renovation. It's very sleek and beautiful. It's also easy to clean up. Love the matte black finish. The only downside is with the one nozzle, it takes a little bit for the warm/hot water to heat up! Other than that, no complaints!

Purchased this faucet last May and in about 5 months was having issues with the button to change from spray setting to the pot filler stream. It would sometimes work, sometimes not, and eventually stopped working and we could only get the pot filler stream if actively pressing the button. I first emailed VIGO through the email address printed in the instruction manual, but the email came back undeliverable. Then I contacted customer service via the VIGO website, but never got a reply. I finally called the toll free number and was able to get ahold of a rep. I sent him a short video of the problem, and they promptly sent out a replacement sprayer head. The head arrived quickly, and it's actually far superior to the one that came with the faucet. The button on the side is different, so hopefully it will last longer than the original. Other than that issue, we're very happy with the faucet. No signs of rusting or color coming off the finish, and it looks great in the kitchen.
