We installed this in a vacation rental unit so it will see heavy use. It seems well made and solid. The only problem was the water pressure was a trickle. We called support and were immediately helped, we even had step-by-step instructions on how to fix the issue. I would have given 5 stars otherwise.

You should have a deep sink since the spring is so stiff it will kink the sprayer hose if you try to use higher. Also as in many of the reviews, if you set to stream it will drip from sprayer ports. Some say it's a house pressure issue, others claim there is a pressure reducing part causing issue. Like the looks, function and hasn't bothered me enough to remedy yet.

I absolutely love this new Vigo faucet. The stainless steel is true to detail, the height it spot on, the handsfree works perfectly and the water pressure and reach of hose is ideal. I would highly recommend if you aren't a skilled handyman or plumber (I am NOT) to hire someone to do it. Apologies for the photo that was the best angle I could capture.

We are enjoying our new VIGO matte black pull down spray kitchen faucet. It works well although we did have to contact the warranty to get a new sink head as the plastic sprayer button fell out. We have already received the extra piece and are now two month into enjoying our new faucet.

Love the look of the faucet and my black granite counter tops. The button from the sprayer seems to be made out of cheap plastic hope I don’t have an issue down the road with it breaking. Also the sprayer pressure is very weak for some reason wish their was a way to fix that....other than that it’s actually a really great faucet.

We bought this faucet a few months ago for our kitchen renovation. It's very sleek and beautiful. It's also easy to clean up. Love the matte black finish. The only downside is with the one nozzle, it takes a little bit for the warm/hot water to heat up! Other than that, no complaints!

I purchased this to replace a Moen Show House because I wanted to take it to a new home. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of this faucet! It was easy to install and works perfectly! Love the spray switch instead of the rubber button most of these faucets have. I found the rubber button breaks quickly. I feel this is a quality faucet.

Redoing the kitchen and hunted high and low for a quality faucet that was stylish and affordable. The Vigo Edison faucet fits in so many ways. First my plumber approved the quality of the valves and ease of installation. I ordered the black and stainless and it really dresses up the kitchen and makes a great statement...in a subtle kind of way. I could not have dreamed or designed a more perfect design....and it didnt break the bank. Win. Win. Win.

This was very easy to install. All the pieces were there needed for the installation. Directions were clear enough if you know what your doing. Faucet works great with no leaks. My wife loves it. Plus it was packaged very nice so to avoid damage before installing. Highly recommend this product.

The warranty is amazing it's a must to register your device. They are very helpful and got me the correct part I needed. Also it's the wife's new favorite part of the house she shows everyone that walks in "look out our new sink!" It looks great and functions great. The part that was lost from my kids taking it apart was next day mailed to me. Great customer service and I will definitely be using this brand for future sinks in my houses.
