Have had this model for a while and it performed excellently. The sprayer wore out, and when I emailed support, they immediately sent me a replacement! This is the best support I have received for a product ever.

Just installed this faucet and I love it. Installation was a snap and the product works great. The only complaint is that the radius for the hot and cold is too wide making it necessary to turn the handle to extremes to set cold and hot.

My old faucet had outlived its life span. This spruces up my kitchen. It brings it up to date. It was simple to install as long as you have the required tools and plumbing accessories.

The reason for the 4 star is because the hookup is a bit tough. It would be nice to have a quick hookup design similar to what delta carries. Rather than the standard Teflon tape and crescent wrench method.

Wanted a up to date sink so needed something to go with it in gold. I was happy to find the faucet in gold too. Together my kitchen sink area is beautiful.
