This rice has some germ/embryo still left. I would say 90% 'white' and 10% 'brown' rice. It is why I have chosen this brand.

The rice is dirty, you need to pay attention wishing your rice you will find from pieces of dry corn to actual stone pieces.

The only rice my Puerto Rican family used growing up, now we are using it in my house with my kids generations later.

I have been buying this Rico rice for years but the last 5, 20 pounds bags did not have an expiration date, WHY ?
