I’ve always used other brands of rice growing up. Never heard of this brand until I found it on sale and decided to try it. The texture of this rice has now become my favorite. I now can taste the difference from other rices I eat. I’d highly recommend this rice!

I love this brand of rice. I refuse to use any other brand. This rice doesn't even need to be washed. Its so clean and cooks perfectly every single time. Same water to rice ratio.

I bought this mainly because of the price lol. I usually go to asian markets and get asian brands of rice. This rice is really good. I haven't made anything like masubi or anything to that effect with it, though. We'll see on that later. Pleasantly surprised and will get again.

Having never tried Rico rice but eager, for variety in rice consistency, as I cook rice everyday, I went ahead and ordered it. I am so happy I bought it  because it is the best rice I have used. I have an excellent rice cooker, which I cook just about everything possible in,  and the Rico brand cooks better than quite a few other brands of rice. 
I had always bought the Royal basmati rice, but cooking rice for myself and several dogs, we have all come to the conclusion that the Rico short grain rice is better and suits our needs and our tastes. Excellent, perfect rice. Everytime we prepare it, it is perfect.

I discovered Rico rice back in 2020 when the pandemic hit. It's delicious! It's also easy to cook in the microwave if one doesn't have a rice cooker. We have purchased several of the 20lb. bags of Rico rice from Walmart since we happened upon this treasure.

This is the Best Medium  Rice in The Market To cook Authentic Puerto Rican Dishes  like arroz con gandules, arroz con poyo, arro con salchicha.
The texture comes out perfect each time tasty soft flaky simply delicious..

the only rice that we use at home!!! my mom and grandma uses it in Puerto Rico and i finally found it where we live in texas! im so happy that i found it.

My husband is Puerto Rican and he ahs not complaint about how his arroz con gandules comes out. 
It saves to have a big bag of rice for a Family of 8 that loves rice.

Last two bags I have bought had a lot of weird things in it black things gray things it was dirty dirty !
