We used our trailer for our own pick up. Box was easy to move into home. Mattress exactly what we wanted & hoped it would be. Used Sam's because of their mattress refund policy (just in case).....NO return from this buyer! Quality & Comfort.

Wanted to like for the price. Mattress was all gel foam and not enough structure for our needs. Returned. Return was easy and Sam's setup pickup at my convenience.

Bought this for our guest room and are pleased with the purchase. Our guests enjoyed the comfort and the shipping was quick-earlier than the proposed date of the order.

My wife and I love this mattress. It’s super soft and a dream to sleep on. We had it shipped right to us and the packing was solid. This mattress is such a great value. I would recommend it to anyone.

Purchased this mattress on 11/12 and till this day 12/6 there has been a very strong plastic smell. The scent radiates off this mattress and has filled the entire room with it. I have tried to leave the windows open with fans in the room for 3 days now and no luck. I’ve also tried carpet cleaner powder and no luck. I’ve washed the removable covers twice and this smell does not want to go away. Haven’t been able to sleep on this mattress due to the strong scent it can’t stop to be releasing. Do not recommend.

I ordered and received the King Medium mattress, and it is by far the worst mattress I have ever purchased. Weighing around 160 lbs, I find it extremely uncomfortable. It is incredibly soft with absolutely no support. I never expected a medium-firm mattress to be this soft. I usually like Members Mark products, which was my main reason for buying this, but this one is disappointing. Not worth it—I'm returning it.

Wife and i were in the market for a new king size bed. Went and felt a $2,500 king hybrid ortho firm bed at one of our local mattress shops. My Wife loved it, and i hated the price tag. But at the last second before i purchased the bed she wanted she had a change if heart. So I took a picture of the bed she wanted, and found this hybrid bed that checked all the boxes for $500 at Sams. Holy momma, i cant tell the difference when laying on it, we absolutly love this bed. The firmness is perfect for us. The hybrid is so cool because of the little coils. When any of us move around in bed we can't feel the bed move, its so cool because of the little coils. We went from a plush king size to a firm hybrid and i don't think we'll ever buy anything other then something like this. We've only had it a few days now, but it seriously awesome. We wake up feeling wonderful as apposed to our plush bed where we would wake up aching all over our body. The box it comes in weighs over 100 pounds, i had to borrow my neighbors dolly to get the bed into the room. From there unboxing it and throwing away the trash was fairly simple. I was expecting the matress to have a weird plastic stench, but it has a pleasent clean/fresh scent almost like a new car scent. Its not harsh at all. I was also expecting to open the bed and have to wait a few days to let it fully stretch out or completely mold into itself. But i did none if that, i opened it up, put a sheet over it, and we slept on it a few hours later. I would recommend visiting your local mattress shop, finding a bed that feels good to you, then checking sams beds for something similiar. As you could imagine its a gamble because you havent laid on the bed you spent good money on from sams. But hot dang, we're glad we took the gamble and purchased this king hybrid bed. Wife and i would highly recommend this Members Mark King size hybrid firm bed. Good luck to you all.

This mattress seems to be well made and is affordable. Our complaint is that they claim it is a medium firm mattress, and it absolutely is not! The first four inches of the thing are different types of foam, all on top of coils. You never actually feel the firmness of the coils. We are returning ours this week.

We had this bed for over a year. At first the bed wasn't too bad but not soon after a few weeks we were having the worst sleeps of our life. We rotated the mattress, bought toppers etc and started sleeping on our couch. The mattress is VERY hot and not medium/firm like described. Mattresses in general are very expensive but the price of this one isn't worth the sleepless nights and painful body aches the morning after. Super soft mattress, terrible durability. This bed left a mark in its member.

You don't know what you don't know. That's the way it is when searching for a new mattress online. But you'll be hard pressed to find a better mattress for the money. This is truly a 4+ especially if you're a side sleeper. I have slept on a Novaform for years which is a 7 firm. My shoulder and hip pressure points are really beginning to bother me. I bought this for my guest room and I have been using it a lot lately. Definitely a better mattress with a 5.5-6 firmness. A hint of "squishy" which might fool you into believing it's a hybrid. A solid buy.
