We are returning this mattress because it is more soft than medium firm. My wife and I both had soreness after sleeping on it and only bought it because it was listed as medium firm. Maybe mattress in a box standards are diffferent,

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Holy smokes, THIS is the mattress that I've been waiting for my entire life. It does not disappoint! We removed it from the nice plastic packaging and unrolled it to let it settle for 48 hours and then we put it on our platform bed. This mattress can be used on an adjustable base, platform bed or any box spring. It contains a cooling gel that allows you to maintain your optimal sleep temperature throughout the night which is my favorite feature. As a person who has always struggled with falling asleep and staying asleep, I can honestly say that I am able to fall asleep quickly and stay asleep without tossing and turning. As mentioned in the information booklet, the mattress provides medium-firm support that's comfortable for all sleep positions and my husband and I can attest to this as im a stomach-sleeper and he's a side-sleeper. It's fabulous! We're in our mid-thirties and we're both physicially in good shape but we had been having a hard time sleeping and we would wake up with random aches and pains but we attributed this to our age but nope, it was the terrible mattress that we have previous to this one. It legitimately feels like we are sleeping in a hotel bed!

The 12 inches is nice and deep and my sheets fit perfectly. There was a slight odor at first, so faint though I forgot all about it. This mattress feels great. Whatever position I fall into in supported and comfortable. I stay comfortable as well. No moving around constantly to get comfy. Highly recommend

This is absolute sh*t. DO NOT BUY IT. I am beyond angry with the crap quality of this mattress. I bought it for a spare bedroom but I can’t expect any guests to sleep on this. Ridiculous garbage. It is far too soft to be considered a medium mattress. It is also way too heavy to be able to return it. I guess the theory here is sell you a crap mattress and then when you can’t return it because it’s too heavy, you are stuck. I’ve never been more annoyed with a purchase. Absolute garbage. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

For the first 6 months or so, this bed was great and so comfortable. However, after having it for about a year and a half I can say that it just does not hold up. The foot of the mattress never fully expanded and it makes the end curl up, the top layer under the zip-top is separating from the other layers. The memory foam is sinking and there are noticeable dips in each side of the bed, while my husband and I are both under the maximum weight limit. It's also no longer as supportive as it was, so it is horrible for back pain. Maybe as a guest bed it would be, something that doesn't get a lot of use, but for your day-to-day use, I do not recommend and seriously regret buying this mattress.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have never slept better in my life. OH MY once I laid down I was in heaven! It was in a box wrapped in plastic. Crazy how they fit such a big matress in a small box. Took a minute to puff up to size when I opened it. It does have a smell, but I just figured it needs to air out. Like any foam mattress it smells awful for about a day or two till the smell goes away. This mattress is much better than we thought it would be. It contours to your body but it doesn’t appear to trap heat. Looks to be very high quality. Stitching, seams and fabric itself were all intact. The pillow top feel is amazing and just enough structure to keep its shape for years to come. It cushions your body without sinking in so far that you’re hot all night. Like sleeping on a marshmallow. My sleep quality is significantly better with this mattress. It's the perfect level of firmness I wanted, with just enough of a cushy, sinking in feeling that it feels like I'm laying on my favorite hotel beds.

After the second night my back pain was completely gone and I felt so much more rested. Its not to firm and offers great support. My wife told me that was the first time I didn't toss and turn throughout the night and slept better than she has in a long time. I would definitely recommend to anybody looking for a good quality mattress with good support.

The cooling gel memory foam that is built into the mattress keeps me cool and comfortable through out the night. It also gives me great lumbar and back support, which helps me sleep easily through the night. I am extremely satisfied with the product and will look this brand again when I need to purchase a mattress in the future.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had my mattress for about 15 years and it had a nice little groove from where I’ve slept in the same spot all that time so it was about time for an upgrade. I worried a hybrid mattress wouldn’t be as good as my pillowtop but I was mistaken. It’s really comfortable and not too soft, not too firm. I’m a stomach sleeper and it works awesomely for me! I couldn’t be happier with my new mattress, my sheets fit it really well and it looks great! Cutting it out of the plastic was also so satisfying and it popped up to its shape almost instantly. Some people complain about a smell but I didn’t notice any smell at all. I took it out of the box and unwrapped everything by myself, and I even had Covid at the time, so it’s really easy setup too! I love it!! :)

I have been sleeping on this mattress for over 4 months and it has to be one of the best ones yet! This was only to be a temporary fix while I was to wait for named brand mattress to arrive. That was to take over 6 weeks! I ended up cancelling that order for a mattress that cost under $600! I ended up getting two more of them for other rooms!
