I buy these for deserts. They are so handy. I just defrost three of the little bites (1/2 serving) for desert and I don't go over my allowance, that way I get a delicious treat without spoiling my diet.

Added to an online pickup order. Don’t let the pictures fool you, these are bit size. As in one bite. Worked out great for a party we had. Could have just done a cheaper cheesecake instead but they were good.
