Arrived by FedEx in ripped, beat up boxes, but there was no damage to contents. The sofa box was really heavy, the chaise box not so much. My two nephews put this sofa together in a half hour! I had worried about many reviews saying how difficult it was, but you really have to read the instructions carefully, then it’s a breeze. The sofa is quite firm. It sits well and looks great. The navy blue is a great color with white walls. I don’t think this is a high use sofa - I wouldn’t have it as the main couch in the living room, but it is perfect for a guest room.

Good Quality

Pros: I bought the blue couch. It is beautiful and putting it together alone was going really well. I had the chaise all set up in 10 minutes. The back pillows are comfortable and soft. the couch seats themselves are a little firm but I believe it will get softer by the day. It is not uncomfortable to seat on. The space under the chaise is deep and big enough for 2-3 storage cubes which help for storing blankets to avoid clutter. Con: The instructions for attaching the couch arms are wrong. It says to insert upwards but in order to accommodate switching it from side to side, it is designed to receive brackets not go into them. Spent an hour frustrated trying to figure this out. They only get 5 stars because the couch itself is great. So save yourself the stress insert the arm for the couch part from the bottom as the outside bracket.

Bought this, and was very disappointed. The depth of the couch is very narrow and it is very very firm, very uncomfortable to sit on.

I bought this in April and the material is already wearing thin. The pull out doesn’t stay in the track.

The back of the sofa to half the back, if you sit on it. Compared to a person sitting on it. Can't give more than 3 stars

This is actually very nice. I love how they pull out into a full size bed. So easy and simple to put together.

The metal part of the pull our couch broke. It wasn't easy to put the parts together, so we were looking forward to enjoying it.

Too small for us to sit and looks awkward. We didn't open the second box. If used as a bed only looks ok.
