My mother and I purchased this couch/sectional. It's is perfect!!!

What are the dimensions of the boxes that this comes in?  I need to make sure this will fit down my basement stairway.

Seems great but we can’t get it connected nor can we attach the arms. Is there a secret?

Can’t get it together

We have had this for a month now we cannot use it because we were sent the wrong arm to it or it had the wrong brackets mounted to it. I have called numerous times they are supposed to be sending me the correct part but so far after a month I have still not received what I need for it to work.
