Just what i was looking for and perfect for the few times I need an additional bed for company. Was lucky to find it on sale and free shipping with my Sam's plus membership.

The delivery people threw the boxes out of the truck, they slid them to the edge of the truck and let them drop to the ground, and then drug the boxes to the front door

When it was delivered, it had the wrong pieces and did not go together. It took 3 months to get the part to fix the couch and make it useable. It still isn’t right and getting this issue resolved has been a big ordeal😞😞😞

Perfect size for apartment and for the most part easy to assemble as well as set up and break down for use. For me, joining the chaise to the sofa was more difficult than represented. Love the storage

This is a great couch for the price! The storage compartment and pullout are awesome. The seat cushions are a little firm for me and I wish the seat cushions could be removed to wash and flip.

The only reason i'm giving it a 1 star is the color. The charcoal color from the picture is misleading. I wished I could of stuck with the grey. The charcoal doesn't match anything in my living room. odd color.

Very happy with this for our media room. It was easy to assemble. I don’t know how comfortable it would be to sleep on but it we don’t plan to use it for that. It’s a nice option if we ever have lots of guests.

The Hamilton reversible storage sectional with the pullout bed fells like the couches at the hotels. It not comfortable and I fell like when it become a bed it won't be comfortable either. The colors on it are nice though.

Great couch! Pull out bed is easy to move and pretty comfortable. The cushions could be softer, so it would not be great for long term sleeping arrangements. The Heather Gray color is lighter than I expected, but still beautiful.

Got this delivered almost after a month and after assembling the most of it, we found the left arm-rest completely out of shape and torn fabric. Such a waste of time and money
