The boxes were pretty beat up. I could see through a hole in one of the boxes there was tear in fabric underneath the couch. When we open the other box one of the wheel was bent and chipped. I love the color and the style of the couch.

I needed this one to replace an old one. I love how fluffy and warm the sofa is. So far feels and looks and great and what an amazing affordable price.

This is a nice size sectional for small and medium size living room. It is comfortable to siton. And the bed works well too. It requires two people to set up or thr brackets can be quite difficult to connect evenly. Also a heavy person shoupd be cautious sitting on the section with built in ottomon. The storage section is under it and was caving in when a friend (180+) sat on that portion. Overall very glad about the purchase once it finally arrived - had to contact the shipping company to get it delivered after it was originally lost and the boxes arrived slightly eoughed up but without any damage to the sectional.

The sofa cushions are very firm and it seems durable. I had a small stain from my dog and it cleaned up rather easily. The only negative so far is that there's a little movement when the bed is pulled out. The pullout section moves back and forth when it is pulled out, maybe a quarter inch or so.

This sofa is a perfect fit for small apartment living. And I have a place for guest to sleep. I don't have to use closet space to store the pillows and sheets because they fit right in the chaise. I'm 5' tall and no hanging off the edge. Very comfortable to lay on in the bed position.

The sleep sofa was hard to put together the way the brackets was assembled on the sides. I was expected someone to call re: the delivery. They need to set a schedule when someone would be home instead of just leaving it on your door step. You need to work on that.

Perfect office sofa for my home office! This would be great to have in my office. It turns into a queen bed and there's storage underneath the chaise for sheets. The neutral dove gray is perfect for any decor. It woukd also be great for a small living room or apartment.

I was pleasantly surprised how much I liked this sofa sleeper when I purchased it sight unseen. I like the size, quality, and how easy it was to put together. Although it does take two people because it is heavy (which to me means it was built well). It looks great in our grandchildren's play room. The only reason that I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the fabric used to cover the sofa. It seems a little thin so I am concerned about wear and tear when we use it. I've only had it a few weeks and since it is for our grandchildren, it hasn't been used a lot yet so it is to soon to tell how well the fabric will hold up.

Great couch! It was very easy to put together. It does help to have two people do it, but one person can. It's a firm couch and I prefer that, so if you are looking for something super cushy, this may not be for you. The storage under the chaise fits a lot and is easy to lift, and the "bed" part is easy to set up.

This product is perfect for a kids space or gaming room/guest space. I like that the fabric seems easy to clean. The chaise storage is surprisingly spacious and the optional pull out is a nice perk. The cushions aren't luxurious, but they have a comfortable firmness!
