I’ve been purchasing this stuffed salmon for a few years & never had a issue with taste. Went in to purchase my usual 4 packages & noticed they were not in same cartons. Then got home and cooked a pack & was hugely disappointed! You get more stuffing than fish... not to mention the stuffing taste extremely different and is loaded with white rice in which I stopped eating years ago due to high starch. The new recipe is pretty disgusting & no where near as a healthy option as it was before. My body rejected the new recipe & my stomach is still attempting to get back to normal. I am completely out of a meal choice now. Save your money... you have been warned!

I have been buying this item for years and was always happy. It was $6.98 a pound at that time. Several years later the price went up, understandable. The increase was a doll a pound or about 15%. Unfortunately. the stuffing, which is very tasty, has become the majority of the entree. The amount of salmon goes down as the price goes up. Now the price has gone up another 50 cents or 6+ per cent and the amount of salmon has again diminished. The worst part is that the packaging has become more and more careless so that it often looks as if the whole thing was just thrown together haphazardly. It still tastes good but like many of Sam's items the quality deteriorates as the price increases.

I used to buy this stuffed salmon twice a month. I also recommended this product to all of my salmon loving friends. We LOVED the abundance of seafood in the stuffing and the flavor. In the past year or so, Sam’s has changed the recipe. The flavor is off and not as much seafood. Oh please can you bring back the original recipe!

This stuffed salmon is so good that you could easily serve it at a dinner party and impress your guests. It is never "fishy", there is a generous amount of stuffing with small cocktail shrimp throughout. I usually add a little more fresh dill and a small pat of butter to each portion just to enhance the flavor. The dish cooks right in the aluminum pan (provided) in 18-20 minutes. Serve it with green beans and mashed potatoes or rice and you have a healthy and quick meal in less than 30 minutes. My family enjoys it 1-2 times per month.

This stuffed salmon is the perfect meal to have on hand if you don't have a lot of time to prepare a meal that looks like it took a long time. It tastes excellent and it freezes well too. There is nothing required except to throw it in the oven! Great if you can't cook!

I picked these up for the 1st time yesterday. We took them home and all you do is take the lid off, place the tray on a baking sheet and put it in the oven. My husband and I are sold! This dish is the best thing I have had in a long, long time! The salmon was perfect, the stuffing is plentiful and moist! I even had the leftovers for breakfast! I will be back to buy these again and again!! It is a must buy in my book!!

There has been an obvious change in suppliers for this product and the quality has declined dramatically. As a few others have noted it now mostly the seafood stuffing and very little salmon compared to the previous supplier. We used to have this almost once a week but I’m going to look for a new store to buy from or make my own. Very difficult, Sam’s Club please go back to your previous vendor!

As I follow a vegetarian diet, I've bought this before. You can even re wrap and freeze for later. Very good. Filling and hits the spot. Pare with some string beans or asparagus👌🏻. Make sure to bake thoroughly but keep an eye on it towards the end so you don't burn the top. LOVE this one. So simple and easy.

I've looked at these before, but was scared to buy. I read the reviews and decided to give them a try. I put them on a dark cookie sheet, drizzled with olive oil, sprinkled with Cajun seasoning and lemon garlic pepper seasoning (more on the salmon than the stuffing), then I placed about 1/2 tbsp of garlic butter (used Chef Shamy that I get at Sam's Club) right on top of the stuffing. Baked as directed for 18-20 minutes. The last 10 mins I did stick a knife in the middle to make sure the stuffing was cooked all the way through. My family loved it!!!

It's hard to do much better for the price than these stuffed salmon fillets. I bought a tray when I wanted to make a nice dinner when lacking the luxury of much prep time. These could not have been easier as the fillets were already stuffed and come in an oven-safe tray. The directions were clear and we had most of a wonderful meal with very little effort invested. The salmon itself tasted as fresh as I'd expect in my region. The stuffing smartly complemented the fish rather than overpowering as I feared may happen. It is something I could see ordering from a restaurant; thankfully, the price is well below those of my local seafood eateries. I cannot think of a single negative of this product. It isn't cheap, but there is no reason it should be. At my local club, the package comes with four fillets; that portioning may not be suitable for everyone, but you can always buy a second package, invite friends/family over to help out with excess, or save a portion or two for another day. Such minor quibbles aren't worth contribution as a Con.
