This was delicious. We cooked all 4, at 2 and reheated the other 2 a couple of days later. They were almost as good as the first time.

Delicious but they can do without the peppers in the stuffing. It doesn’t add any flavor and the kids don’t like them.

This is my favorite meal. This is the only way my husband can get me to eat Salmon besides making Salmon cakes out of a can.

I wrap each salmon in a foil tent and freeze for baking later individually. Works great for singles.

Stuffing was too sweet and over powered the flavor of the salmon. I’ve been wanting to try this and was disappointed.
