Too much stuffing- and the stuffing was not good

I'm seriously not a fish person but this is SO good. I'm not going to lie but adding a whole stick of butter heighten this to a new level

Salmon stuffed with a very tasty blend including shrimp. I like it a lot on the grill or in the oven with lemon juice or white wine over top.

Very good. I do add some seasoning to the rest of the fish with butter and lemon. But, a favorite weeknight fast meal in the oven.
