I don't like seafood, but I used to crave the stuffed salmon from Sam's. I keep a membership for access to this item; no kidding, but not anymore. The recipe has clearly changed, which I should have expected from the very bright, orange stuffing color now. These are now tangy, actually a little spicy, %26 just not the creamy, delectable dish it used to be.

I've been a fan of this stuffed salmon for a long time. The flavor is delicious. This was a drive op pick up order. The tray is packed sloppily which caused the salmon to slide around and the pieces fall apart, it looks unappealing in the case and I wouldn't have chosen it looking this way.

This is one of our go-to options for a nicer dinner at home without a lot of work. These are easy to prepare in the oven and have a great flavor. We like to finish these off under the broiler for a minute or two to get a crisp on top of the seafood stuffing

I've been getting this for years and it used to be one of my favorite meals. Recently, the recipe has changed. Salmon never seems fresh anymore, more stuffing than salmon, and the stuffing has changed significantly. Stuffing is now a dark orange color, very mushy, and tastes AWFUL. So disappointed especially with how expensive this is. They need to go back to the original recipe! Don't fix what isn't broken!!

Nice easy Friday night dinner. I liked your previous stuffing recipe (didn't have shrimp) better, but this is easy to freeze in papillote (individual parchment paper wrap), and then cook at 375 for about 30 minutes, uncover for another 10 and serve with hollandaise sauce. Stays moist.

Have purchased this for over 7 years, but about to call it quits. Earlier this year, the taste/ingredients of the stuffing changed very noticeably - not for the better IMO. The size of actual salmon seems to keep shrinking with more and more stuffing added. It's no longer the special dinner treat my husband and I enjoyed.

We love having stuffed salmon as a quick and delicious meal. I buy several and always keep some in the freezer for last minute meals. I put them in a glass oven proof dish frozen and bake for approximately 30-40 minutes, just test with thermometer for doneness.

This dish is a huge hit! Grab a salad & fresh green beans and your meal is 5-stars and made by Sam’s… (who knew that was a service you’d get with your membership?!) I’ve only found one person that doesn’t like it and well… that person is weird anyway! Buy it! If you put them in your own baking dish you’ll look super culinarily talented too!

The SALMON w/Stuffed Crabmeat is PHENOMINAL, we try to buy / eat once a week, very simple to cook. Negative is (this is for MANY Fresh Items) Cooking Directions / Weight sticker's TINY PRINT is wrapped around bottom of pan you cook in; PLUS, security wise plastic cover pops off ALL the time...remember Tylenol issue years ago!! How about adding ONE decent size sticker on front / top of PRODUCTS w/ COOK TEMP & TIME...

My family and I literally ate this for dinner 3 nights in a row. We bought one and went back to Sam’s the next day and purchased 2 more. Flavorful with a little kick. I sprinkled a little bit of Old Bay seasoning on the salmon and squeezed a little fresh lemon. Perfect with veggies and a nice salad.
