We have it about once twice a month. I buy the package of four and we have two meals with it. Add a salad and that is all you need.

Always good but a little on the expensive side. We usually eat two of the fillets and freeze the other two for later date.

Salmon remained moist and tender per the cooking instructions. The portion size is ample for an adult. Cost per portion very reasonable.
