Salmon remained moist and tender per the cooking instructions. The portion size is ample for an adult. Cost per portion very reasonable.

We love it! So good. Fresh. Easy to prepare. I have also purchased the stuffed salmon for company. Looks fancy and I don’t spend hours cooking.

The estimated cooking time is a joke. It takes a good 10 minutes more to reach the recommended internal temperature.
