Nice, large heavy cast iron with enamel. Very easy to clean. Use mainly in the oven. Great Dutch oven.

Braised a 4 lb roast in this piece the day I received it. Nice even cooking. Cleaned up easy enough. By far the prettiest piece in my kitchen.

Used several times and it works great and easy to clean its a little heavy to handle while hand washing or to pour from great for soups and stews

This Dutch oven is beautiful. My only complaint is that in the image it was a matte finish. And the one I got is shiny. So I am bummed about that.
