Heavyweight good quality. Cleans up well. Interior coating appears to be good. I use this for sourdough bread. It handles high temperatures.

Came on time and is really pretty. Only have used 1 time but cooked short ribs beautifully and washed up well.

I wanted to have a larger Dutch oven. This is just perfect and looks great to leave out in sight! It cooks and cleans up so well. I love the red!
