Portion size is about enough for a gerbil.

The instructions seem so simple but i had to try at least seven times to make a good one. The edges burn and the center on top didnt cook. I used two types of pie crust. Overall I like it.

I love this mini pie maker. I live by myself so this is portion control with no left overs. I can make sweet or savory. I also dont need to have a whole pie with left over pieces that I have to eat.

Now I can make quick, clean tasting pies and be in control of the ingredients without the processing of chemicals in my foods. Its just quick and simple cooking!
