We bought our lifetime glider which arrived 4/9 product #1831027 model #60276. In just over two months on our patio your product started leaving rust stains on our concrete. Also MANY screws have rusted and snapped. Pictures attached.

I bought this and within a few months the thing is falling apart. the screws are breaking off the seat and part of the glider arm is broken. still waiting on parts

i DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS GLIDER BENCH. This glider bench glides well, But the slats come loose all the time. My husband keeps gluing them down using a weight for 12-24 hrs. Eventually they come loose along with others.

I bought this glider bench for my daughter and son-in-law as part of their wedding present. It's perfect for their city balcony and can be left outside in the weather. Now they have a relaxing retreat to enjoy after a busy day at work.

I love this glider, it's actually my second one, I left the first one on the porch when I sold my last house. I would have given it 5 stars but they never sent the part they promised that was damaged during shipment.

The screws that fasten the slats to the frame haven’t even made it through a single season. Rusted and broken. Now I have to extract the broken ends from the slats and replace with new screws. Very disappointing.

Great product - bought, received and assembled the 60276 Gray Glider. Went together very nicely and I am 76 years old. Well packed for shipping, assembled without a hitch and works smoothly as expected. We love it on our back deck.

unusable hardware Bolts / nuts would not fit screws.. I would have took back if it wouldn't have been so much trouble to get a ride back to store

I love the bench . Great size comfortable But it starting to rot. this my second one ,. I have e-mailed their customer service lets see if they stand behind their product
