Received this bench a week ago. It does have a cracked slat in it and my husband reached out to customer service and they are sending a replacement board. It is just as pictured

a part broke after several years of use on my glider. i contacted customer service and due to the pandamic, it took a couple of weeks to get a response, but it was worth it! Halie sent me the parts to repair the glider for free!

I like the chair but it would have been easier to put together if they had included the instructions. Fortunately I was able to download them to my phone from the website. A little hard to read it on my phone but it worked.

Bought this glider because it was maintenance free. In a short time, one of the boards cracked / split where the screw was (that held the board onto the glider). Would not recommend.

It’s perfect for our downstairs deck and the color was better than than expected.
