Glider is great. It was received with one broken screw on a bench slat. They have very course threads and 3 hardware stores did not have the exact size. Had to tap out the metal for a more common size.

I am very happy with my experience . The rep went above and beyond to solve my issue. I will definitely purchase this product again knowing if I ever have any issues, the company will resolve it for me .

I needed replacement parts for my 7 year old glider and Caiti was personable, beyond patient and helpful with me. She guided me in finding the product number, checked to see if it was still under warranty and found what I needed to replace/repair.

I bought this product 18 months ago and it rusted at all connections to a point that the parts actually started to separate. I feared someone using it and injuring themselves it the parts separated while used.

I just assembled this today. It is very sturdy, finish is very good, and the assembly instructions are some of the best I've had in more than 20 years. Excellent instructions and easy to assemble. You may need a second person to install the seat to the legs or the back to the legs. This bench is heavy (which means it is heavy duty).

My bench arrived with a broken slat in the seat assembly otherwise it was easy to assemble, very solid, sturdy,and attractive. I am writing because I received fast and excellent customer service from lifetime. Not only did they quickly send me a new slat they sent the whole seat assembly. These guys really stand by their product. Buy this bench with confidence!

I bought this for Mother's Day and put it together yesterday. Plan on 2-3 hours but it will help to have a partner. The tools you just throw away as tgey are useless. The screws will need a locking wrench to hold them while you screw in the other side and for nuts just get a wrench set. I wish all screws were hex as some were Phillips and one stripped and I will gave to come back to tighten it with pliers later on tge screw and nut. It looks great when it is done.

Pleasantly surprised with the quality of the materials, how smooth it is and how easy it was to put together for the price point. Great product so far!

We purchased two weeks ago. The first time it rained the board warped so badly it pulled away from the frame and the screws that held it together snapped. I have tried repeatedly to reach Lifetime but they will not answer their phone nor will they respond to emails. this is too bad as it seemed like such a good glider.

We had this in our backyard for just over two years because the "wood" slats started lifting and screws began falling out. It was placed on our patio, under a gazebo, where it would be protected from the weather. It still glides fairly well with only slight squeeking but we really don't use it because we can't fix the slats! We had outdoor patio furniture made of the same material that's going on seven years but this is rusty and not useful.
