For a quick and easy meal, this will work. However, convenience and ease do not always mean you will get the same flavor. This is definitely not even close to as good as regular kraft Mac and cheese.

These are good, but more of a snack than a dinner unfortunately. Calorie-wise, I may be wrong, but as far as actually feeling full these are pretty small containers. They taste good, though.
