I absolutely love this product. Like other reviews have mentioned, the flavor is mild but it reminds me of the crab meat you might find in sushi. Consider trying it in stirfry, with brown rice and a little gluten free soy sauce, or in seafood salad. You really can't go wrong. Plus, it's gluten free!
