As far as imitation crab goes this is good. Once opened I use it up in the week to make sure it is still fresh though I believe it can last.

This stuff tastes great and is very affordable. I use it on salads all the time. Actual crab can become mushy and this stuff doesn’t.

I like that they are chunky but I wish they have it in whole rolls because I like them dipped in batter and deep fried. Very good for baked sushi.
