Very versatile, I use this in place of crab meat in many recipes including crab cakes and it always turns out great

This is one of my favorite "faux" crab products. I make crab salad or a seafood newburg. The price is great.

Good flavored in imitation crab. Love this for salads and makes the best crab wontons. The flavor is mild and not fishy.

As far as imitation crab goes this is good. Once opened I use it up in the week to make sure it is still fresh though I believe it can last.

Really good deal for the price. I repackage when I open it and seal so I don't have to use all at once.

best crab . love it will for sure buy again. i do freeze half as it doesn'y stay fresh very long. but for the price that ok

As good aa most, but dipped in Fried Pickle & Ranch dip (Sam's exclusive?) could blow my diet out of the water.

If you like this stuff, it's OK. Breaks up into smaller pieces. I break it up into thirds and freeze two portions for later. Decent flavor.

Better price than other local places, so I get it here. Versatile, quick, low fat protein for a wide variety of workday lunches.
