First, I used it to top salmon. It was not good. Then, I tried to make imitation crab cakes from the rest. It was not good. I do not recommend.

Makes a great crab scampi, seafood salad, or add to a pasta salad. The kids like to just eat it right out the bag for an after school snack!

Excellent taste & value - a good size too - I made half of it into seafood salad and put it inside sourdough bread which made a tasty salad. For hubby and me. (Our son doesn't eat it.) We had it twice. Froze the other half to use for amother dish.

The best brand of Fake Crab on any market, in this market. Way better than LouisKemp or the awful Morey's brand. Icky icky icky. TransOcean has amazing flavor and texture. it's not slimey feeling as some brands are.

I always find these are better than other brands. They are moist and flake apart really well. Perfect for any seafood salads, or just snacking with a seafood sauce.

Very good imitation crab. I added it to my seafood fettuccini and it was delicious. Keep in mind that this is fully cooked and will become rubbery if cooked too long. I added it last minute to my sauce for just enough time to heat through.

Great price and great tasting. So glad it was available at Christmas time, I always make something with it for Christmas dinner. Love that I can freeze about 1/2 of it for later and it is just as good.

Works for me, I use it to make seafood salad for Pita sandwiches, in seafood bisque, in pasta salads, or in sauce with a hot pasta dish. Very versatile. Good price. Freezes well.

Love this stuff in a cold salad or seafood enchiladas. The texture used to be slightly different but I found if you freeze it then thaw it for prepping it alters the texture more toward the way it was.

Love this product. Its part of my everyday meals or any dish that require crabmeat. I put it in my tuna fish seafood salad, eggs, cheese dips or just as snack. Its low in calories, 0 fat, high protein and less expensive than crabmeat.
