I thought it was very hard to wash. That is my number one concern with products. It did not pass my ease of clean-up test. I returned it the next day.

Love the dash mandolin epically with the express griddle. Health fast multiple option snacks and meals in minutes. I've had for 2 years now and it's fabulous. One thing I will say is you mus clean it after finished uses .

After slicing off the tip of my thumb with another mandolins (and, yes, I was using the safety guard, but it slipped) I am so glad not to have my hand near a blade. And it works so well!

Product is well built. Really delivers on the safe slice guarantee. The only gripe I have is that its a little but difficult to clean. Also hope that there are replacement blades available.

Easy to use and it worked! Thinly sliced peppers, carrots & onions for a stirfry-came out perfect. Looking forward to using other time saving features!

This is my 2nd one. The first one lasted 1 1/2 years and then sliced into the plastic leaving shavings in my food. I love this product enough to buy it a second time however wish it held up longer.

Would give 10 stars if I could! I am not the safest person around sharp things.. lol.. but I was able to use this with all 10 fingers intact awesome product!
