This sausage is good and tastes like the original version i’ve always bought. Good product from good people

Good Product

I bought this because it was recommended on a Cajun recipe group on line, but I was really disappointed with the tough casing and high salt content, texture (finely ground meat similar to a Polish) and bland flavor. It's just about my own taste in sausage, and this one doesn't taste "Cajun " to me. I prefer a course grind,and more natural flavor. Keep in mind, lots of people like it. It's just about individual taste.

Not my style, but others like it.

Love the sausage. Larger and a pound more. Great deal and my favorite. Wish they had Green Onion Sausage.
