One of my favorite brands that never disappoints! I can always trust that it will have avgreat flavor.

This is the only sausage my kids will eat with enough spice that the grown ups enjoy too. Only negative is that the sausage is way thicker than the supermarket size, one link is about the equivalent of 1.5 links in the supermarket size link. Just takes some extra slicing, not a big deal.

Good product

Flavorful and mildly spiced. Not fatty, but moist. Works with all sorts of meals, alone or combined. Petfect for people who like milder seasoning. Works in gumbo and etouffe, large packages are good for BBQs also.

Good price

I bought this because it was recommended on a Cajun recipe group on line, but I was really disappointed with the tough casing and high salt content, texture (finely ground meat similar to a Polish) and bland flavor. It's just about my own taste in sausage, and this one doesn't taste "Cajun " to me. I prefer a course grind,and more natural flavor. Keep in mind, lots of people like it. It's just about individual taste.

It’s got hard white pieces that crack your teeth. It has a horrible taste. Doesn’t taste good even covered in bbq sauce. Definitely just a weird flavor and not good at all. Doesn’t cook good.
