I am somewhat disabled and I'm retired, so I don't have much money. This fit my budget. I'm also a big woman and I wasn't sure the chair would be big enough for me, but it's just big enough. I paid a guy to put it together and he said it was easy. It fits well in the small bedroom I use as an office. It's not comfortable to sit in for long periods of time--little padding on the seat, no lumba

The back is way too short. I am average height (5'10) and the top of the seatback barely comes to the bottom of my shoulder blades. The causes my back to be completely supported by the top bar and not the mesh at all so it is extremely uncomfortable. Seat is decently comfortable and the arm rests are an appropriate height. However I will be returning ASAP.

It was pretty uncomfortable on the back as it pushed you forward. Even the seat was uncomfortable. I used it a month working remotely all day before I couldn’t stand it anymore. I went and bought a more expensive office chair at Office Max. I guess you get what you pay for, but I expected it to be more comfortable than it was for even $55.

Easy to assemble. several of the chairs(purchased 5) screw holes did not line up so the screw could go in correctly a metal piece fron the bottom of the chair was in the way for screw to go in flush. But, the out part the raises the chair up and down made it secure and tight so nothing was loose. The arms go out to make it wider if needed.

You get a lot of chair for the price. Totally beats local retail store prices and quality. It looks really nice too. I use this chair all day no problems at all. I have now bought several of these chairs for my office.

chair came in damaged so I contacted Sam's and they stated they have to contact manufacturer. 5 days later and manufacturer has not assisted. expected higher quality chair for $150

I highly recommend this product and it is very easy to assemble. It is very comfortable and I use it for my home office needs. Excellent back support.

back support is solid hard, does not tilt/recline like I would prefer, becomes uncomfortable in the long run for me. Overall good piece though considering price. I may return/replace one with tilt.

Brought his chair earlier this year and after about 5 months, the seat shifted. I am an average size..not overweght. It progressively got worse to where we would fall out of the chair due to its instability. I will be contacting the manufacturer
