Was easy to assemble [even for an older person who had recently had hand surgery]. Is compact and much less cumbersome than my old chair. Could possibly use a bit more padding in the seat for those of us who use the computer for long periods of time. But, overall I'm very pleased with the chair

Had some difficulty with the screw hole placements while mounting the shaft plate, but I had put chairs together like this so I didn't have much problem completing it in around 20-30 minutes. This chair was very easy to assemble (about 15 minutes total) and appears pretty sturdy. My only complaint is that the only adjustments you can make is the width of the arms (while assembling) and the height of the seat. After using for a few weeks, the chair seems a little "wobbly" but that might just be my own need to tighten the screws. Overall, it's a good product for the price.

We purchased more than 80 chairs for our call center. They are very easy to assemble with clear instructions. I suggest using a drill with an allen wrench attachment to speed up the process. They also provide additional screws and washers, should you have missing pieces. The delivery was fast and on time. I would recommend this product and company. My one and only complaint is that the arms creak a little when pressure is applied directly to them. This could be a potential issue in the future.

This is a small chair, not much room in the seat and certainly not enough padding in the seat to be comfortable. The seat could use another 2 inches of padding for those of us who sit all day long. The seat feels like it tilts forward. The back, however, is comfortable.

It's fine for a task chair, but wish it had a tilt adjustment, or arm height adjustment. One or the other would offer better value. But it supports my 225 lb just fine. Assembled just fine, no additional tools needed came with hex key that's all you need, and instructions were clearly written, and diagrammed for orientation necessary for assembly.

I ordered this product because it was the most reasonably-priced computer chair with the highest customer ratings. I wanted a chair with armrests, which this one has. Attractive design was also important to me, but in this pricerange the better-looking chairs got poor reviews. This one looks fine and seems well-made. This would be a great chair if the back rest wasn't so far back. You have to sit as far back in the seat as possible in order for the back rest to make contast with your back. Then you can't reach anything because your sitting so far back in the chair. Other than that, good solid built chair and great price!

I bought 2 of these chairs (one for my 13 year old and one for my 11 year old). Both of them were able to follow the directions and assemble the chairs by themselves. The chairs will be used at their desks to do their homework. They look great and are comfortable to sit in too. I love how you can adjust the height. A really great price for a great chair!

I have had this chair for over a month and still can't believe I made such a great purchase without trying it out first. I have a bad back that once bothered me after sitting a few minutes in my old chair. Now I don't just check my emails and leave; I spend time playing games and chatting with friends. I can forget about my back for a while. It's wonderful. The back of the chair has great support, and the height can be adjusted quickly. Obviously, I am delighted with this purchase.
