The casters don't always roll the correct way. Seat and back are comfortable. Not the best chair. But cheap

Plastic plate around post broken chipped off. Bolt had to be rethread to be able to screw in. Overall poor quality. Would not recommend.

The chair does not lean back and the bottom is not very soft but the back of the chair is very breathable

Your bottom will hurt after a hour of sitting. The pain is horrible. I have paid cheaper for better quality.
