I received this product for free in exchange for a honest review. Me and the kids play outside everyday after school. I set this up by me while while the kids played and I’m the first one to say let’s go inside when the bugs start to get bad, this thing worked awesome we where able to stay outside longer and didn’t have to worry about getting attacked by mosquitoes. I can’t wait to bring this with us on are camping trip we are taking in a couple weeks. Would recommend and the fact it’s rechargeable is a added bonus.

I received this last weekend and used it for a picnic that I was planning with my boyfriend and it was amazing. I don’t like to be outside during the spring or summer because of the mosquitoes. I’m usually the only one that gets ate up. I forgot I was even outside. I did not get bit at all and had a great time.

I got this product to try from the company and so far I love it. Before this I had the one u basically have to spark with a mini fuel container inside it by turning a button. This one is so much more convenient because you just charge it and then press a button and it automatically turns on (like electrically). I also no longer have to mess with those repellent strips and insert them in the device because this one has containers of repellent u just take the lid off and stick right in. Finally, I love the sleek and modern look-it would be great on my picnic table outside etc. I haven’t used it yet to see the range due to the temperature where I am but from what I can see it will be working great and I can’t wait to use it more this summer!

I purchased this unit in the middle of last summer, and was so impressed! Unfortunately when I brought it out this year, the unit wouldn’t charge. I sent an email to customer service and received a prompt response. Sally was so helpful! As a new father of twins, I totally forgot to respond to and email. I received a reminder email to send in pictures and my address so they could send a replacement! I received this fancy new gadget over a month ago and I'm only just getting around to using it. I redid my porch colors and needed to spray paint some flowers and such. Usually, I couldn't do this without spraying myself with insect repellent. However, with this gadget, I was able to redo my porch without any insect bites and without using any repellent. I will be ordering more units for my household and outdoor needs. Thank you, Thermacell, for creating such a great and useful product!

I got this mainly for picnic table use. Where we have property in the woods we have tons of mosquitoes. This e55 worked great to keep these away. While running this and having dinners at the table we did not see a single mosquito. Would definitely purchase other thermacell products

Walking into our campsite, my husband and I were instantly infested with mosquitoes. We Grabbed out our new thermacell mosquito repeller and we were mosquito free in minutes. We are ordering a 2nd one for our backyard at home. Amazing product! Highly recommend.

The unit worked ok but after the first season the battery started not holding a charge and now after using maybe 15 times it's garbage. I believe a product that costs this much should last longer than 2 seasons. Electronic and plastic waste from items like this are filling our landfills and killing our planet.

We bought two of these last year. One wouldn’t hold a charge, but was quickly replaced by Thermacell under warranty. Our place is deep in Minnesota’s north woods, and mosquitoes and black flies can be a nightmare. Using these, the number of biting insects are noticeably fewer. Are there zero bugs? Get real. No. But the situation is much better. And this is the only repeller that works on black flies. We put one next to our door to reduce the bugs that might follow us indoors. When camping, we move one to near the tent door a little while before entering for the night for the same reason. Thermacells work. Will some bugs get past it? Yes. Will they make things a lot more tolerable? Yes again.

This product does work, put it outside and it went to work. Yes a few mosquitos got me but what product out there is 100% foolproof without having to larger yourself in chemicals every few minutes. The battery life could use some work but other than that it worked wonders.
